"10 out of 10. As cheesy as this movie may seem to most of todays viewers, it is a classic that should not be pushed aside. It lacks nothing with a plot that that winds its way into the beginning of the movie. Condorman (a cartoon character) comes to life by mistake while corny Woody the cartoonist is helping a friend in the CIA. Many feats are undergone, and all sorts of cool vehicles and such that a cartoon superhero might use are incorporated into this amazing movie. This movie will make you laugh and groan (as most any old animation/visual effects would). Its a movie that can be viewed again and again by the whole family." --Sherry
