Movie Description
Sure Herbie's won races and stole hearts in America, but can he do it in Mexico? After befriending a young boy named Paco and taking to the open seas, Herbie finds himself and Paco battling smugglers, drowning waters, bullfighting, and all sorts of danger. Just making it to the race will seem like a victory if they can only...survive.
