Movie Description
Morris Frank had a vision, although he couldn't see it with his own eyes. As a blind man, he fought a battle for legislation to allow seeing eye dogs in to public establishments. His persistence and perserverance laid the groundwork for wheelchair ramps, handrails, and many other accessibility requirements today in addition to use of service animals.
