Movie Description
A homeless kitten named Oliver finds himself lost in the midst of lonely New York City where he is befriended by a misfit group of stray dogs. Typical for life on the New York streets, the misfit strays assume a life of canine crime to survive. When a lonely little girl named Jenny stumbles across young Oliver, the two must work together to save each other and to save themselves.
