The Disney Channel's The Suite Life of Zack & Cody and The Suite Life on Deck is the basis for the Disney Channel's Original Movie The Suite Life Movie. The film stars twins Dylan and Cole Sprouse (who also served as co-producers). The Sprouse twins coincidentally, are also the stars of the related sitcoms. Directed by Sean McNamara, the film revolves around the twin's adventures at a marine biology reserve where Cody is beginning an internship.
As in the sitcoms, Cody and Zack find themselves in situations that require their opposite personalities to come together to resolve problems, and therein lies the film's underlying message: Regardless of differences, when you work together, those differences become a strength.
Filmed mostly in Vancouver, The Suite Life Movie makes excellent use of the world-renowned Vancouver Aquarium for background. Brenda Song and Phil Lewis, regular cast members in the two "Suite Life" sitcoms, also appear in the film.
